Flights
There are daily flights to Cyprus from most major airports in the UK to either
Ercan Airport (North) or Larnaca or Paphos Airports (South). Please email
information of the number of travellers, of which how many are children under
12 years of age, preferred airport of departure and arrival, preferred dates of
travel and duration of stay and we will get back to you as soon as possible

Property Management
We know how difficult it is to relax when you are thousands of miles away from
your property, that’s why at Alfresco Letting we offer a dedicated
Property Management Service. For a small monthly charge you can rest assured
that your property is being cared for while you are away. Our property
management service includes weekly security visits, more frequent visits after
inclement weather conditions, weekly report via email/fax of the state of the
property, collection and arranging paying of bills on your behalf, watering of
houseplants, dealing with any emergencies, ie. Burst pipe, broken window etc. ,
monitoring any maintenance to the property and arranging of maintenance to

Insurance
Another service we are able to provide is household and vehicle insurance at
competitive prices with registered reputable and established insurance
companies. Policies are available in English so you will be aware of what
eventualities you are covered for. Please email the details of your property

Car Hire
If you are a first time visitor to the Island from the UK, you will be pleased
to know that Northern Cyprus is still one of the few places where we drive on
the left. Hire cars are right hand drive and there is a a good choice of
vehicle to suit your requirements, small, large, manual gear, automatic gear,
air-conditioned, soft top or convertible. Prices will depend on the vehicle,
time of year and duration of hire.

Airport Transfers
This service is available independantly as well as part of a ‘Holiday Let’
package so if you have already arranged your travel and accommodation, or you
already own property here, we will still happily arrange your airport transfer.
